Description

Cambridge Lane Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a plaster-rendered exterior, topped with a tiled gabled roof and a ridge stack made of grey brick. The building features a lobby entry and a two-bay plan, with an outshut at the rear. It stands two storeys high and has two flush frame horizontal sliding sash windows. On either side of the doorway, there are two 20th-century shuttered casements, along with a boarded door. To the left of the farmhouse is a timber-framed stable, which is weatherboarded and has a clay bat finish, with a hay loft opening at the gable end.
