Description

No. 12, Hines Lane is a pigeon house, dating from the 18th century, that has been converted into a dwelling. It is constructed of red brick with a cement tiled hipped roof featuring gablets. A brick band separates the ground and first floors. The building has one window on each floor. A brick chimney stack was added later to one side. The plan is square. The building is documented in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments for West Cambridgeshire.
