Description

Nos. 34 and 35 on High Street are a pair of cottages from the early 19th century, likely built around an earlier structure. They are constructed with a timber frame and have a colourwashed roughcast render exterior. The roof is made of clay tiles. The cottages have a two-room layout and rise two storeys with attics. On the ground floor, there are two three-light casement windows featuring leaded lights, while the first floor has two three-light casement windows with glazing bars. The entrance features two plank doors. A central multiple ridge stack made of gault brick has linked flues and a moulded cornice. At the rear, there is a later addition of gault brick.
