Description

Nos. 3 and 5 on Epping Road are two cottages that date from the 18th century or earlier, with some later alterations and additions. They are constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The cottages feature five gabled dormers and are one storey high with attics. To the left, there is an outshot. The front has a six-window range of small paned casements and two vertically boarded doors. Additionally, there are two red brick chimney stacks.
