Description

Clement Cottages, located opposite Mill Lane, is a house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier and has since been converted into two cottages. The building features a gabled crosswing on the left side and is constructed with timber framing and plaster, topped with a plain red tiled roof. The crosswing has exposed joists that showcase a jetty. It stands two storeys high and has a window arrangement of one window on the left and two on the right, all fitted with 20th-century small paned casements. There are also two 20th-century part glazed doors and an external plastered chimney stack on the left. The property is currently in derelict condition.
