Description

La Romantica Restaurant is a cottage that has been converted into a restaurant. It has origins dating back to the 17th century or earlier, with some later alterations. The building is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tiled roof. There is a left-attached shaft chimney stack. The structure has two storeys and an attic, featuring a hipped dormer and a two-light window on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century three-light shop window and a glazed door, along with a rear wing. A false ceiling on the ground floor prevented inspection of the first floor and roof during the last survey.
