12/203 La Chaumiere Restaurant II

Cottage, now restaurant. C18. Timber framed, exposed on return fronts with red brick infill to right hand return front and whitewashed roughcast infill to left hand return front. Brown brick cladding to front under plain tiled roof with fishscale tile hanging to right end. Two storeys on plinth with plat band over ground floor and ridge stack to centre.

Street front: two leaded casement windows on first floor and three ground floor windows below with horizontal shutters.

Entrance front: window to gable with tension braces to first floor and two ground floor leaded casements under pentice drip board. C20 brick and tile hung extension to right with hipped roof leaded casement dormers. Ribbed half-glazed door to centre under flat hood on brackets.
