Description

The Cottage Restaurant is a cottage that has been converted for use as a restaurant, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed from stone rubble with dressed stone quoins and features stone coping on the gable end, which includes moulded kneelers. The roof is thatched with gabled ends. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a range of two windows. The windows are three-light casements with leaded panes. There is a central fielded panel door set in a moulded doorcase, topped by a large thatched hood. The gable end also has attic windows, and there is a rendered brick chimney stack at one end.
