Description
A terrace of four cottages built in 1927 by Thomas Tait. The design is in the International Modern style. The cottages are constructed of painted brick with a continuous rendered parapet and a flat roof. They are two storeys high, with each cottage featuring two windows. The arrangement is symmetrical, with two projecting blocks and recessed centre and end bays containing the entrances. The entrances have replacement doors sheltered by projecting canopies. The first-floor windows are set within a recessed horizontal band, and the windows are replacements in the original openings.
