Symmetrical pair of cottages. 1927, by Thomas Tait, in the International Modern idiom. Painted with rendered parapet. Two storeyed each two windows wide. Flat roof. Outer bays recessed. Projecting canopies over altered entrance doors. First floor windows set within recessed horizontal band. Replacement windows in original openings. Three brick chimney stacks with later coping.
