The cottage is two storeys high with attics, and has two windows. The windows are 20th-century casements. On the ground floor, there's a 20th-century segmental bay window with glazing bars. A small 20th-century porch projects from the south end. The roof is tiled. Internally, there are exposed beams. The building is included on the list for its group value. It forms a group with numbers 3 to 13 (odd) on Bradford Street, Little Bradfords, and a barn situated to the southeast of Little Bradfords.
