Description

Little Bradfords is a late 16th-century timber-framed and plastered house situated back from Bradford Street within its own grounds. The house has an L-shaped plan, with a 17th-century addition. Extensive alterations and additions occurred in the 20th century. The house has two storeys and attics. The original south wing retains some 16th-century features, including a partly jettied upper storey with a moulded and carved bressumer and bracket. The roofs are tiled. Little Bradfords, along with the barn to the southeast, forms a group with numbers 3 to 13 (odd) on the west side.
