Description

BRADFORD STREET 1. 885 (West Side) BOCKING Nos 7 and 9 TL 7532 2/49 II GV

  1. A C17 timber-framed and plastered house with an C18 addition on the east side. The C17 part is gabled at the north end. 2 storeys. 1 window range, double- hung sash window with glazing bars, in flush cased frame. The ground storey has a C20 doorway with flanking casement windows. Roofs tiled. The east end is hipped with a wood eaves cornice. The interior has exposed beams and some panelling. RCHM (37).

Nos 3 to 13 (odd) form a group with Little Bradfords and barn to the south east of Little Bradfords on the east side.
