Description

Nos 7 and 9 on Bradford Street are a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house with an 18th century addition on the east side. The original 17th century section has a gabled roof at the north end and is two storeys high. It features one window range with a double-hung sash window that has glazing bars in a flush cased frame. The ground floor includes a 20th century doorway flanked by casement windows. The roofs are tiled, and the east end has a hipped roof with a wooden eaves cornice. Inside, there are exposed beams and some panelling. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 3 to 13 (odd) and Little Bradfords, along with a barn located to the southeast of Little Bradfords.
