Description

This is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th centuries and the early 19th century. It has a timber frame that is covered with gault brick and a steeply pitched tiled roof. A gault brick stack rises from the ridge of the roof. Originally, the cottage consisted of two bays, and may have had an original lobby entry. The doorway is now located within a lean-to addition. The south east side features two dormers and two 19th-century casement windows. The north west wall has two modern windows set into 19th-century window openings.
