No. 30 Town Green Road is a building that likely dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with extensions or partial rebuilding occurring in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of clunch, rendered, and features a long straw thatch roof with end stacks. The building has three bays and is one storey with an attic, including three dormers, two of which are gabled and have tiled surrounds. There are three modern casement windows and a doorway. The bay at the south end is from the mid to late 19th century and is made of gault brick with a red brick pattern. The roof is tiled and has an end stack. Inside, there is an inglenook hearth and slender ceiling beams that date from the late 18th century or early 19th century.
