Description
Melrose Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has been renovated and extended in the late 20th century. It features a timber frame, with a rendered exterior and a tiled roof. The cottage has a ridge stack and follows a three-bay and lobby entry plan. The west front includes a modern dormer and updated ground floor windows. Inside, there are abutting inglenooks and exposed framing, showcasing its historic character.
