Description

Ropelia Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has been restored in the late 20th century. The walls feature exposed timber frames with brick infill, some of which is arranged in a herring-bone pattern. The cottage has a tiled roof that is hipped at the south end and includes gables for the half-dormers. The west front has one storey and an attic with three windows, including casements and one circular window. The entrance is located at the side of the building. There is a single-storey extension at the north end, which has light framing and a tiled roof.
