Description

The Old Farm House is a cottage that dates from the 17th century, with early 19th century and 20th century alterations. The walls are primarily made of painted brickwork, although some exposed timber framing is visible. The north side features a small projecting unit, while the south side has flint walls with brick quoins. The roof is thatched with a half-hipped design and includes eyebrow dormers. The north front presents a wide, low elevation of one storey and an attic, with three casement windows. There is a four-panelled door set in a plain frame. At the rear, there are late 20th century additions that have tiled roofs and painted brick walls.
