Description

Cromwell Cottage is a building that combines two cottages into one, dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, with a restoration in the 20th century. The exterior features rendered walls, with the rear (west) side showing some exposed timber-framing and brick infill above flint walling. The cottage has a thatched roof, which is half-hipped at the south end and includes eyebrow dormers. The east front is one storey with an attic and has four windows, which are 20th-century casements, along with plain doorways.
