Cottage. C17, restore dmid-C20. Timber-framed, rendered infill, brick replacement walling and refacing, plain tiled roof, external brick stacks at gable ends. Two framed bays; single storey and attic with dormers. Framing: rear wall-frame has three panels from sill to wall-plate, straight braces in lower corners; tie-beam truss with two collars and queen struts in west gable end. Front elevation: windows all C20; ground floor has two 2-light casements, two flat-roofed dormers with 2-light casements; central lean-to porch, glazed,on brick base with glazed door. Interior not inspected. A flat-roofed single storey extension adjoins the west gable end.
