It features exposed timber-framing with red brick infill and has a plain tiled roof that is hipped to the left, topped with a central ridge stack. To the right, there is a 20th-century extension made of red brick, which has tile-hanging above and one semi-dormer. The cottage is two storeys high and has four casement windows. The entrance is located off-centre to the right and includes a boarded door with a modern hipped-roofed weather porch. Additionally, there are modern extensions at the rear.
