Description

Prestons Farmhouse is a farmhouse that originated as a 16th-century hall house and was later remodeled in the 18th and 19th centuries. It features a brick and rubble stone plinth, with painted brickwork and a small amount of visible framing, including one wall-post. Additional framing with curved braces can be seen on the left return front and at the rear. The roof is hipped and covered with plain tiles, featuring a valley and ridge stack on the rear ridge, along with one gabled semi-dormer. The building has two storeys and includes four windows that are a mix of 19th and 20th-century wooden and metal casements, arranged irregularly. The entrance is located at the rear and consists of a boarded door.
