Description

Kingscott is a farmhouse that dates back to the 16th century and was altered in the 19th century. It features a timber-framed structure with exposed framing and painted brick infilling on the ground floor, while the first floor is rough-cast. The roof is slate, hipped to the left and half-hipped to the right, with a ridge stack located on the right side. The building has two storeys and includes four windows, which consist of a mix of 19th and 20th-century casements. There is a central door that is topped with a pentice hood, and a tiled lean-to extension is present on the side.
