Description

Offham House, originally two terraced cottages, dates back to the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with blue headers set on a random rubble plinth, topped by a plain tiled roof that is hipped to the left and features end stacks. The house has two storeys and a plat band that is lower on the left side than on the right. The symmetrical front has six windows, all fitted with glazing bar sashes. A central panelled door is topped by a flat projecting hood, and there is a recessed brick panel in the centre of the first floor. In front of the house, there are wrought-iron spearhead railings that include a central gate and octagonal standards.
