Description
Bellerica Farmhouse is a farmhouse that mainly dates from the 16th century, with additions from the 18th and 19th centuries. It is built from local limestone rubble and has a plain tile roof, featuring a hipped dormer and a coped gable on the left side, along with brick stacks. The building has a "T"-plan layout, is two stories high, and consists of three bays with irregular window arrangements. The windows are flush sash with glazing bars, and the right bay has triple lights. The left bay on the ground floor includes a casement window with an ovolo moulded oak mullion of two lights, and there is a small arched stairlight to its left. The entrance has a plain door opening with a moulded stone hood supported by brackets, leading to a late 19th-century door. The left return of the building has two bays and features an angular 19th-century stone bay. Inside, the left ground floor room has a timber-framed ceiling, a blocked broad fireplace, and remnants of a winder stair. The room above contains a chamfered pointed arch stone fireplace, and the roof structure includes a collar beam with wind braces.
