Description
Manor Cottage is a cottage dated 1800, constructed from Doulting rubble with rough quoins and a slate roof featuring coped verges and brick end stacks. The building has a rectangular plan and a symmetrical facade, standing two storeys high with three bays. It features two-light stone mullioned windows in plain surrounds and a central door opening with a dressed block surround, which holds a late 19th-century plank door. Above the door, there is a stone tablet with incised lettering that reads "E.C, 1800." Additionally, there is a small single light opening to an inglenook on the ground floor of the right return.
