Cottage. Dated 1800. Doulting rubble, rough quoins, slate roof, coped verges, brick end stacks. Rectangular on plan, symmetrical facade. 2-storeys, 3-bays, 2-light stone mullioned windows in plain surrounds. Central door opening, dressed block surround, late C19 plank door. Above stone tablet with incised lettering:- "E.C, 1800". Small single light opening to inglenook on ground floor of right return.
