Description

The Well Springs is a cottage dating from the 17th century and early 18th century. It features a box timber-frame structure with brick infill on the ground floor and rendered walls on the first floor. The roof is plain tiled, half-hipped to the left and hipped to the right, with two hipped dormers. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two casement windows. At the rear, there is a catslide extension and an entrance.
