Description

Redwell is a cottage dating from the 17th century. The ground floor features random rubble construction with exposed framing, some brick, and some plaster infilling, while the first floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled and hipped, with a gablet to the west and an off-ridge chimney. A catslide extension runs along the right side, and a later extension is located to the left, built of random rubble with weatherboarding. The cottage has two storeys and two windows: casements. The first-floor windows are two-light, while the ground-floor windows are three-light. The entrance is situated on the left-hand extension.
