Description

Holly Tree Cottage is a cottage dating to 1758, as indicated by a panel above the door. It is constructed of coursed galletted rubble with red and blue brick quoins, dressings, and a decorative band. The roof is tiled, half-hipped to the left, with a stack at the right end. The cottage has two storeys and two windows on each floor. The ground floor windows are casements set within segment-head surrounds. A central glazed door is present. A central panel on the first floor displays the date B S M 1758.
