Cottage. C17, altered and extended C20. Timber-framed, brick infill, sandstone plinth, tiled roof Originally straight range of 2 framed bays, extra bay added to east gable, outshut at rear, former external stack with detached shaft to west gable, entry in west gable. Single storey and attic (lit by C20 dormers at rear), three 2-light casements. Framing: partly removed, V-struts to west gable end, weather planking at lintels.
