Description

Rosemary Cottage is a 17th-century cottage in Little Witney, altered and with later additions. It is timber-framed with brick infill; the roof is modern and made of asbestos, and there is a brick chimney stack. The cottage is a straight, three-bay range, with a 20th-century porch added to the north gable and an external chimney stack. It is a single story with an attic, having an irregular arrangement of windows. The windows are modern two-light casements; a dormer window to the south bay contains one window, while the ground floor has three windows and the porch has one. The timber framing is altered, with three panels high in the north bays and two panels high in the south bays. The gable ends are brick.
