Description

Cherry Orchard Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with a 20th-century extension. It features a timber-framed structure with square, rendered brick infill panels and a tiled roof. There is an external rubble chimney on the west gable end, which has a rebuilt brick stack. The cottage consists of two structural bays and has a doorway in the east gable end. It is a single storey with an attic, which includes two gabled dormers and two casement windows on the south side. The attic lights are located in the gable ends. Inside, the cottage has stop-chamfered main beams. The 20th-century extension is attached to the northwest side.
