It features a timber frame with brick infill panels and a plain tile roof, with brick stacks at each end. The cottage is aligned north-south and faces west, consisting of one storey and an attic. The exterior showcases three tiers of square panels at the eaves level, supported by straight braces. There are two gabled attic dormers and 20th-century plate glass windows on the ground floor. Inside, there is an exposed queen strut roof truss on the left-hand (north) gable. A 20th-century extension has been added to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
