Description

Lysways House is an 18th-century house, originally the service wing of Lysways Hall. It was remodelled in the mid-19th century. The exterior is plastered and lined to resemble ashlar, with a hipped slate roof and plastered stacks. The two-storey facade features a first-floor band, rusticated quoins, a moulded cornice, and a balustraded parapet. It has five windows, each with a twelve-pane sash and horn detailing, set within moulded surrounds and sills. A central panelled door, topped with a rectangular overlight and bracketed hood, is accessed by a short flight of stone steps.
