Description
No. 11 North Street is a building that has undergone mid to late 19th century alterations and may originally date from the 18th century. It stands three storeys high with a basement and features one bay. The structure is constructed from local brown brick, with the roof concealed by a parapet and a stack located to the east. The ground floor is finished in stucco and is accented by rusticated quoins at the first floor, along with decorative bands at both the first and second floors.
On the second floor, there is a hung sash window with a stone frame and cill. The first floor has a similar window, which is supported by console brackets and topped with a cornice. The ground floor includes a shop window that is a three-light hung sash, accompanied by a half-glazed door flanked by pilasters.
