Description

Vine Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century, located on Mill Lane in Greenfield, Flitton. The building features colourwashed roughcast over a timber frame and has a thatched roof. It has a three-room layout and is one storey high with attics. On the ground floor, there are three casement windows: two with three lights and one with two lights, the latter featuring glazing bars. In the attic, there is an eyebrow dormer with a two-light casement window. The entrance includes a plank door with a gabled bracketed hood on the right-hand bay. Additionally, there is one colourwashed brick ridge stack and one colourwashed brick external stack on the left-hand gable end.
