Description

Thatch End is a house, likely once two separate properties, dating from the 18th century. It features a timber-framed construction, with one half covered in colourwashed rough cast render and the other half clad in weatherboarding. The roof is hipped and thatched. The building has a four-room plan and is one storey high with attics, presenting its gable end to the road. On the south elevation, the ground floor includes four 2-light casement windows. The attic has two eyebrow dormers, each with leaded casements, and there are two plank doors. A central double ridge stack is also present.
