Description

Yew Tree Cottage is an 18th-century house located in Collingbourne Kingston. It is constructed of colourwashed flint with brick quoins and footings, topped with a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and features two bays. Inside, there is a living hall and an inner room, with an outshut at the rear. The entrance is marked by an off-centre four-panelled door situated in a 20th-century porch. The cottage has two and three-light 19th-century casement windows. There is a major axial stack serving the hall and an additional stack for the inner room.
