Description

Longacre is a house dating from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. It is constructed from rendered chalkstone or cob with flint sills and features a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and four bays, following a lobby entry plan. The central entrance has a 20th-century boarded door with a thatched canopy above it. The windows are a mix of two and three-light casements. The roof is hipped, with a brick stack located opposite the door, and the thatch extends down over the fourth bay to the right. A glazed conservatory has been added to the rear.
