Barn About 15 Metres East Of Numbers 47, 48, 50 And 51

This barn, located about 15 metres east of numbers 47, 48, 50, and 51 on Evesham Road, dates from the 18th century and was extended in the mid-19th century and early 20th century. It features a timber-frame construction with brick infill set on a brick plinth, topped with a half-hipped tile roof that has been extended with both brick and timber-frame elements. The barn consists of three framed bays arranged east to west, with the gable end facing the street. At the east end, there is a 19th-century brick cross-wing, and a 20th-century extension is present at the south-west corner. The earliest section includes a central threshing floor with full-height double doors. The framing consists of a single rectangular panel high with straight tension braces.
