Description
This building is an out house located about 10 metres south of Holly Orchard. It dates from the late 17th century and has early 19th-century alterations. The structure is timber-framed with brick infill and is partially clad in brick, topped with a tile roof. It consists of two framed bays aligned north to south and features a large brick stack on the south gable. The building is one storey high with a gable-lit attic and has a dentilled brick cornice. There are two windows, each with 2-light casements under segmental heads. The entrance is slightly off-centre to the right, also with a segmental head and wooden architrave. The framing includes three rectangular panels high with straight tension braces.
