Description
The building is an outhouse located at Millbank Farm, dating from the late 17th century with a 19th-century addition. It is constructed with a timber frame and has whitewashed brick infill, topped with a slate roof that was originally thatch. The outhouse is single storey.
On the entrance front, there are ten by two cells of small framing set on a stone plinth, featuring angle struts at the corners and in the center. It has two 19th-century windows and a door located in the sixth bay from the left. To the right, there is a brick extension that has been painted to resemble timber framing. The left end consists of five by two cells of small framing, with a queen strut supporting the gable and a three-light window on the ground floor.
At the rear, some of the timber framing remains visible inside a 19th-century outshut. The interior features two trusses with queen posts and angle struts, along with wind bracing.
