The Amphlett Memorial, located about 7 yards south-west of the Sandys Mausoleum on the west side of Worcester Road in Ombersley, is a chest tomb dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a stepped plinth, a moulded cornice, and a hipped capping. The memorial has panelled corner pilasters and panelled pilasters at the centre of its sides, along with shaped inscription panels. However, the inscriptions on the memorial are currently illegible.
