Description

The Wharton Memorial is a pedestal tomb located approximately 20 meters from the east end of the Church of St Mary in Shrawley. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed from sandstone ashlar. The tomb features a moulded plinth and a pyramidal capping, with plain inscription panels that are largely illegible.
