Timber-frame with brick infill on brick plinth, plain tile roof, brick end stacks, oven to left. 2 storeys, 4 framed bays; garden front: 4 C19 casements to first floor; 6 to ground floor, paired to left and right, half-glazed door to left of right hand bay. Framing: irregular, 4 square panels high to wall-plate.
