Description
Severn End Cottage and the adjoining outbuilding, built in the late 17th century, are constructed of brick and feature a tiled roof, forming an L-plan layout. The south wall of the outbuilding faces Severn End and includes three wide doorways with gauged brick arches above timber lintels. To the right, there are two doorways with transom lights and gauged brick arches that have keystones, along with a window positioned between them. The right-hand (east) wall of the outbuilding belongs to the house and contains five windows with timber mullions and transoms, all featuring gauged brick heads, except for the middle window, which is set within a blocked doorway. The structure also has four attic dormers and a chimney located on the ridge towards the right.
