Former cottage (now divided into two). Possibly C17, altered C19. Timber- framed, brick infill, sandstone plinth, tiled roof. Straight range of 2 framed bays with entry at both gable ends, inserted C19 back-to-back stack. Single storey and attic, C19 2-light casements, 2 to north gable, glazing bar sash window inserted in west side. Late C19 trellis porch and ledge door to north gable, similar door to south gable. Framing: 3 panels from sill to wall-plate, diagonal bracing from sill to main post.
