Nos. 47 and 48 Dudley Street is a shop and office building dating from around 1840. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a parapeted roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has a four-window range. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front. Notable architectural details include end flush quoin strips, a top modillioned cornice, and a coped parapet.
