House, now shop with flat. c1818-1836 with later additions and alterations including extension to rear. Reddish-brown brick with painted stucco facades to front and side with Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. First floor has 6/6 sashes; second floor has 3/3 sashes, all in plain reveals and with sills. Cornice, low parapet, copings. 2 entrances to right, 4 steps to part-glazed, 4-panel door with overlight with glazing bars; part-glazed shop door. Otherwise canted bay with plate-glass windows with fluted Corinthian column to right, dentil frieze and cornice. End stack. To left return are three 6/6 sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected. HISTORICAL NOTE: Regent Street, first known as Cross Street, was laid out c1808-1814. The first buildings in a terrace development date from 1814.
