House now offices. c1832, with later additions and alterations. Pinkish-brown brick with painted stucco to front facade, concealed roof. 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows, the left side deeply recessed. Late Classical style. First floor: main block has first-floor band supporting 2 Ionic pilasters to ends. Two 6/6 sashes with plain reveals and moulded surrounds to first and second floors. To recess an 8/8 sash with plain reveals and sill to first and second floors. Ground floor: off-centre entrance a 4-panel door with overlight, within Tuscan pilastered surround, frieze, cornice. To left recess a C20 door, 2/2 sash, plain reveals, moulded surround, sill. Frieze and cornice to main block. Blocking course and copings throughout. Concealed stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected. HISTORICAL NOTE: Dale Street was laid out c1832, the east side was built by 1834.
